You can enjoy the charming exteriors of this house as it has terraces, porches and garden areas. The grass area that surrounds part of the house will allow you to sunbathe on its 4 sun loungers or play with the little ones in the house. The terrace furnished with two armchairs and a cozy sofa is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a glass of a good Mallorcan wine. The fully furnished porch for lunch or dinner outdoors is ideal for your celebrations with family and friends or for preparing a delicious barbecue. The privacy of the house is total and the property is fenced.

About 210 m2 of house spread over two floors will make your vacation a great few days of relaxation and rest. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with a shower; one of them exterior. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair. The living room is open to the same space as the dining room, in it we can find a sofa where you can watch your favorite series on satellite television, next to it there is a comfortable table with chairs where you can eat and dine with the family. The kitchen, independent, is spacious and comfortable, it has a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook your best dishes comfortably.

On the first floor of this wonderful house we will find two other bedrooms; a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with a wardrobe and fan. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor you can also find a terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.

Pollença is a beautiful town at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, inhabited mostly by local and traditional people. It has a port about 7 km away with wonderful beaches and a rich commercial and hospitality life that will allow you to stroll through its shops or taste its typical food in its fresh fish restaurants or typical Mallorcan food. The history of Pollença can be experienced walking through its old town, preserved intact for years. You can go hiking and visit the Sanctuary of Lluc, the town of Llucalcari or Escorca hidden in our Sierra. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
