The beautiful views over the urbanization and the mountains from the private terrace are great. They get our guests to take a moment of their time for a quiet coffee by organizing the plan of the day. Of course this will be none other than enjoying the beach or the building's fantastic heated chlorine pool, measuring about 10 m x 5 m and a depth of between 1 m and 1.70 m, which also has an integrated jacuzzi that heats up to 30ºC.

The apartment, located on the third floor with an elevator and of excellent quality, has a grand living room, open to the dining area, where everyone can relax together watching a movie or an interesting series after a delicious meal. The kitchen, pure luxury, is equipped with an induction cooktop, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage and a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat here. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor, they have a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a wardrobe, and the other with two bunk beds. Climbing the stairs, you reach the upper floor where you find three more bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and access to a beautiful terrace. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. In addition, there is another bathroom with a hydromassage shower. If you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a crib and a high chair for you. As for the air conditioning, it is perfect for any time of the year as it has ducted air conditioning and gas central heating.

Located near the port, the fishing town of Grao de Gandía is the ideal destination all year round to stroll along the promenade, 3 km parallel to the shore, taking advantage of the mild climate and the number of shops such as ice cream parlors, restaurants, cafes and seafood restaurants. Or you can take the opportunity to spread your towel on the fine sand beach and take a nice bath. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
