The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a block of four apartments. It has a garden for community use with up to 12 sun loungers and privileged direct access to the beach. The furnished porch is the ideal place to enjoy delicious meals or dinners outdoors or simply sit and enjoy the sea breeze. It is your private corner with amazing views of the crystal clear waters.
Upon entering, a bright and comfortable living room welcomes you and invites you to watch a movie on satellite television or read something in peace while cooling off with the air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your best dishes or prepare a good coffee. If you want to eat inside, you can relocate the table from the porch. They have three bedrooms, two of them with a wardrobe. One offers a double bed, another two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the third a 90x1.80m bunk bed, so we recommend that the little ones in the family occupy it. They have a second bathroom with a shower that serves the rest of the accommodation. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. The laundry room is communal and has two washing machines, iron and ironing board.
In Puerto de Alcúdia, a very lively coastal area, you will find everything you are looking for and want to spend an unforgettable holiday. The incredible beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters will probably be your place of reference, but there are other nearby coves with turquoise waters like Mal Pas that you will love. There is an extensive gastronomic, leisure and nightlife offer so you will not be bored for a single second. In the town of Alcúdia you can enjoy a part of the island's history, contemplating the medieval wall and walking through its narrow streets, especially on Tuesdays and Sundays, which are market days. If you like golf, the Alcanada course is only 9 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Het was heerlijk om te ontspannen op de ligstoelen bij het strand.
Een schoon appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een eerlijke prijs. Ik vond het balkon erg fijn!
Op korte loopafstand vind je prachtige zandstranden en gezellige lokale cafés. Precies wat we zochten!
Verrassend licht en uitnodigend. De gedeelde tuin was mooi en buiten eten met dat uitzicht was een hoogtepunt. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor koken makkelijk was.
De indeling van de kamer werkte goed, de kinderen waren dol op hun stapelbedden terwijl wij genoten van de privacy van onze eigen badkamer. Goede voorzieningen overal.
Een fijne plek om te ontspannen na een bezoek aan de markten van Puerto de Alcudia.
Ik vond het fijn dat de winkels zo dichtbij waren, het bleek gewoon om de hoek te zijn en superhandig. De toegang tot het strand is onovertroffen!
Vier nachten hier zonder problemen gehad. Genoten van lokale eetgelegenheden en dat strand direct voor onze deur.
Geweldige toegang tot het strand en een gezellige ruimte. Zou zeker terugkomen!
Het strand is op een steenworp afstand! We hebben elke dag heerlijk gezonnebad en gezwommen in het prachtige water.
De eenpersoonsbedden in een van de kamers waren perfect voor mijn vrienden. Iedereen had een comfortabele plek om te slapen.
Het pand voelde veilig en zeker aan, wat voor ons belangrijk was. De afgesloten ontwikkeling droeg bij aan onze gemoedsrust.
De golfbaan in de buurt was een leuke verrassing, we hebben er een dag doorgebracht en veel plezier gehad met spelen,
