In an incredible natural environment, you can take a refreshing swim in the beautiful 12 x 6 meter chlorine pool with a depth between 1.50 and 1.80 meters. Around it, the fantastic terrace to sunbathe on one of the sun loungers while you contemplate the beautiful views of the fields and forests. Next to the pool you will find several furnished areas where you can enjoy the good weather while enjoying a copious breakfast in the morning or having a drink at sunset. Next to the house you can have lunch or dinner outdoors under the thatched roof surrounded by beautiful vegetation. The house has beautiful garden areas to enjoy the magnificent Mallorcan weather outside. The property is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The house has 190 m2 distributed over two floors. It has a unique style that has preserved traditional elements such as wooden beams or stone walls, combined with modern elements so that you have all the comforts during your stay. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room - dining room with a sofa and armchairs where you can rest while watching television next to the rustic dining table. It also has a fireplace to stay warm on cold days. The kitchen is independent and is well equipped for cooking during the holidays. It has a gas stove, microwave, electric oven and a table with chairs to cook with others, among others. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This floor is completed with the first bedroom that has a double bed and wardrobe. Upstairs two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and wardrobe and the second with double bed and wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. The last bedroom is in an annex outside the house. It has a double bed and a single bed as well as a wardrobe and fireplace for the coldest nights. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The accommodation has 4 standing fans, so you can use it as you like anywhere in the house. If you are traveling with a baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.

This house is located just 1.5 km from the town of Sant Elm, a very quiet tourist area. In the town you will find the most basic services. For everything else you can go to Andratx or Puerto de Andratx where you can walk and enjoy the gastronomy of the area. Sant Elm beach, 1.5 km away, is a small sandy beach where you can enjoy a pleasant day at the beach. But also nearby you will find the small Cala Conills, made of rock, a beautiful corner where you can relax in front of the sea. Also a must-visit on the excursion to the island of Sa Dragonera.

Because this is a forest area, lighting fires is prohibited. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
