The 73 m2 apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with a bunk bed, and 1 with a double bed. There is availability for 1 crib and 1 high chair. The apartment has 2 bathrooms that serve the entire house, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub. The living-dining room is very cozy, it has 1 sofa, 1 TV, 1 table with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and with vitro, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Located in a central area, very close to L´Ampolla Beach, one of the best-known and exclusive in the area, it is a sandy beach, not very extensive but not usually overcrowded either. In this area we will also enjoy a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops and much more.
On this beach you can do various activities, "snorkeling", scuba diving, fishing on the rocks and much more. The property is located next to the Moraira castle (although it is rather just a tower of the castle). Just 2km away is the Portitxolet cove, one of the best known in the area, and very good for enjoying the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean. Andrago Cove is 2km to the south and is perfect for scuba diving and discovering the beauties of the deep sea. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

De loungeruimte was ruim en het uitzicht was charmant,
Alles was in orde en het hebben van een parkeerplaats is een groot voordeel
De locatie van het appartement is uitstekend, dicht bij het strand en het kasteel, vanaf het terras kon je een stukje zee zien, het appartement was goed geventileerd en had een groot terras, de eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en het appartement had alles wat je nodig hebt nodig, zelfs spelletjes en strandartikelen. Ze lieten ons later uitchecken om meer van het strand te genieten, wat we erg op prijs stelden,
Op een steenworp afstand van het strand en in de stad
Een centraler gelegen locatie is niet denkbaar. Het appartement was goed uitgerust met een krachtige airco en een bijna complete keuken. Het was erg schoon en licht in alle kamers. Er was een droogrek en zelfs emmers, scheppen en parasols aanwezig!
De ligging van deze woning is gunstig gelegen dicht bij de stad Moraira. De woning is uitstekend ingericht en gezellig, met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
