The communal chlorine pool has a size of 20 x 6 meters and a depth that varies from 1.2 m to 1.7 m. The little ones will enjoy the paddling pool with a depth of 0.6 m. Both pools are open from Easter until the end of October and have lights until 11:00 p.m. For guests who do not want to give up sports during their holidays, there is a tennis court in the complex, which can be used daily for one hour. Please bring your own balls and rackets. On the private 15 m2 terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean you can start the day in the best way, perhaps with a long breakfast with your loved ones.
In the spacious living-dining room you can rest after a day full of activities. There are days when one does not feel like going out to dinner and prefers to cook at home. For these days they have at their disposal a well-equipped gas kitchen to prepare any dish. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board completes the equipment. This beautiful accommodation has a room with a double bed and three more with single beds, all with wardrobes, fans for the summer and radiators for the colder season. For our smallest guests we provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with shower in the house.
This cozy apartment is just two steps from the fine sandy beach, called Playa de Gandia. On the beach you can rent hammocks and umbrellas, play beach volleyball, practice water sports or stroll along the promenade that is flanked by bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. In summary, it can be said that the beach offers activities for every taste, no matter if you prefer to sunbathe and relax or be active and play sports. The picturesque old town of Gandia not only has some excellent restaurants, but also an interesting story to tell. Through a tour, you will be able to learn more about the past of this city and visit important monuments such as the Doge's Palace, the beautiful Town Hall or the Convent of Santa Clara. The Doge's Palace from the 14th century deserves special attention, as it was the seat of the first royal duke of Gandia. Nature lovers can take an excursion to the Parpalló Cave, a very interesting prehistoric site, located in the Mondúver massif.
The pool is open from Easter until the end of October, with swimming hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.

We kwamen laat aan, maar de sleutels waren zo gevonden. Dankzij deze regeling konden we snel in de vakantiestemming komen. Met veel ruimte en een keuken om maaltijden te bereiden, voelde het als een tweede thuis.
De privacy op ons terras maakte de ochtenden speciaal, alleen wij genoten samen van het ontbijt. Er was voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen na dagen aan het strand of activiteiten in de stad.
We kwamen vroeg in de middag aan en konden ons snel installeren. Alles werkte zoals verwacht, de badkamers waren ruim en doordat er twee waren, hoefden we tijdens drukke perioden niet lang te wachten.
Ik vond het heerlijk dat het terras aanvoelde als mijn eigen privéruimte met uitzicht op zee. Het ontbijt was een hoogtepunt en het zwembad was perfect voor een ochtendduik voordat ik naar het strand ging.
De kamer was perfect voor onze groep van acht personen; de eethoek was comfortabel en de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. We brachten de meeste avonden door met samen koken in plaats van uit eten te gaan.
Fantastische locatie vlakbij het strand! De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in hun eigen zwembad, terwijl wij heerlijk hebben ontspannen bij ons eigen zwembad. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor onze familievakantie!
Familievakantie, vijf dagen. Voor de prijs was dit een prima plek, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen, en de kinderen vonden het kinderzwembad geweldig. Alles wat we wilden doen in Playa de Gandia was makkelijk bereikbaar.
Zou zonder aarzeling weer boeken. Rondreizen was eenvoudig, vooral met de busstop vlakbij op slechts een minuut lopen. Ideaal om lokale plekjes te ontdekken of Valencia zonder gedoe te bezoeken.
Ik had een schone plek nodig om te ontspannen na lange dagen op het strand. Dit was perfect, met veel ruimte en geweldige voorzieningen in de buurt.
