The residential complex has a community chlorine pool, with dimensions of 17 m x 8 m and a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m, a community garden of 500 m2, a tennis court and an outdoor shower. Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls. To use the tennis court, consult the schedule that will be provided to you in the apartment.
The small 6m2 furnished terrace overlooking the pool is the perfect corner to start the day with a good breakfast. The accommodation, located on the third floor with an elevator, has a living-dining room and a gas kitchen, where you will find everything you need to cook your favorite dishes; as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. An electric coffee maker and kettle are available upon request. It has radiators and fans to air condition the home depending on the season in which you stay.
Ideal for 6 people, this apartment offers one bedroom with a double bed and two with two single beds each; as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. If you travel with a baby we provide a crib and a high chair.
On Gandia Beach you will find numerous activities to enjoy your free time, whether you want to relax sunbathing or spend an active holiday practicing sports. On the beach you can rent hammocks and umbrellas, play beach volleyball, practice water sports or stroll along the promenade that is flanked by bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors.
If you travel with children, the Gandilandia amusement park is a 20-minute walk away. Apart from this, the Playa de Gandia promenade has playgrounds. Nature lovers can take an excursion to the Parpalló Cave, a very interesting prehistoric site, located in the Mondúver massif.
The pool is open from June 1 to September 30, swimming hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 24 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Een knusse plek die tijdens onze familievakantie als thuis aanvoelde.
Genoten van ochtenden op het terras in de zon zitten.
Slaapkamers waren ruim, vooral de tweepersoonskamer.
De zonsondergangen bij het zwembad waren elke avond prachtig.
Het zwembad en de tuinruimte voelden uitnodigend en leuk aan!
Geweldige locatie vlakbij het strand. Het zwembad was ook schoon en uitnodigend.
Het verkennen van de omgeving was eenvoudig dankzij de korte wandeling naar het strand. In de buurt waren diverse restaurants met een ruime keuze aan gerechten!
Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was prachtig, perfect voor het ontbijt. De slaapkamers boden voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen na een lange dag op het strand. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was erg handig met kinderen in huis. Zwemmen in het zwembad was een hoogtepunt; het was schoon en goed onderhouden tijdens ons verblijf.
Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor gezinnen. Ruim genoeg voor onze groep!
Er was voldoende ruimte voor al zes van ons, zodat iedereen comfortabel kon uitspreiden.
